What is the pillow size?
We offer the following pillow sizes:

How do I clean the pillow?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Non chlorine bleach when required. Tumble dry on a low setting.
Quality of product?

How do I get an image to you?
When placing an order you will be prompted to upload a pet photo before proceeding to the next steps.

Digital Pet Portrait Production
On average, it takes 1-3 business days for the production of your digital pet portrait after we receive the correct image from you.

Print Production
Printing your masterpiece typically takes 2-4 business days. During the Holiday season, production times increase (Mid Nov.- Dec.) to 4-6 business days.

Shipping Time
We offer fast shipping times of 3-7 business days! We print and ship from the United States.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we've shipped many packages internationally.
Image specification
Please send us the highest resolution photo of your pet that you have available. Make sure the image is clear and not blurry. The dimensions needs to be at least 1944 px x 1944 px.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only on items due to a manufacturing defect. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at info@waggtopia.com and we will make it right.
My order was damaged in transit, will you replace it?
